Long dumbbell bar for hard training

This is a long dumbbell bar that allows you to do dumbbell training with extremely heavy weights.

Each dumbbell can hold up to 12 5kg plates (depending on the size of the plates), allowing you to make dumbbells weighing up to 60kg or more.

The knurling on the surface (serrated edges to prevent slipping) is a unique design. It is set to an optimal depth to ensure a firm grip and to prevent sharp edges from hurting your hands. As with the depth, we also paid particular attention to the shape of the knurling, which has a significant impact on gripping ease, and designed the bar to provide a firm grip.

Furthermore, by working with manufacturers and factories to control quality by taking these points into consideration, we aimed to create a bar that is affordable yet allows for effective training.

Choose a color (fastener) The first thing to consider when choosing a dumbbell bar is the parts that secure the plates. As shown in the photo on the left, the normal type is quick to attach and remove, but if it's not tightened properly, there's a risk of the plates falling off if it loosens during exercise. The screw type doesn't come off easily even if it loosens, but it's more of a hassle to attach and remove. Choose based on whether you prioritize "safety" or "effort" and the environment in which you'll be using it. Choose your length The longer the plate attachment section, the more plates you can attach. However, if it is too long, it can be difficult to handle, as the dumbbells on both sides can easily collide during dumbbell presses.
