This weight is specifically designed for fine-tuning weights for weight stack-type training machines. It is placed on top of the weight stack and is rubber coated on all sides to prevent damage to the machine.
It comes in two weights: 2.5 pounds (approximately 1.1 kg) and 5 pounds (approximately 2.3 kg), and is particularly effective for single-joint exercises such as arm curls where heavy weights cannot be used.
