Used by top builders and athletes around the world, IVANKO's unique round end plates not only securely hold the dumbbells in place, but also have a smooth shape that allows them to be used on the lap, making them the ultimate dumbbell.
This product is designed for heavy use in facilities, but due to its durability it is also recommended for those who want to continue using professional equipment for long-term personal use.
1. IVANKO SDP and SDKR dumbbells are used at Gold's Gyms nationwide, attracting many hard-working gyms and other fitness clubs. Their ease of use and durability make them a must-have for anyone who practices high-level training.
2. Round end plates provide excellent stability, allowing for the "on-the-knee" technique essential for heavy dumbbell training.
When pressing heavy dumbbells, it is almost impossible to bring them from the floor to the starting position in one go.
So, you pause on your knees for a moment, but now comes the key point. As you lower the dumbbells behind your body, lift your legs up in one go while keeping the dumbbells on your knees. It feels like you're pushing the dumbbells up with your knees.
When you finish a set and return the dumbbells to their original positions, it's a good idea to support them with your knees. Bringing the dumbbells to their original positions stabilizes them, increases safety, and reduces the need for unnecessary force. This is a recommended technique that anyone can do once they get used to it.
3. High-precision knurling for a good grip The precisely engraved knurling improves the grip, providing excellent results even in heavy press and rowing exercises.
