Measuring 9 inches (23 cm) in diameter, these bands are available in five different resistance levels. Each band features a logo with the resistance level and torque. Made from durable, snap-resistant latex, these bands can be used in home gyms and commercial facilities.

Common uses include injury rehabilitation, flexibility and mobility training, and the ability to train any part of the body.

Resistance Levels:
Green - 4 to 10 pounds
Blue - 6 to 15 pounds
Yellow - 15-20 lbs Red - 20-25 lbs
Black - 35-40 lbs
