The secret is the shoulder pads that extend all the way to the back. By placing your center of gravity at the back, you can create a safe and effective posture that puts less strain on your lower back.
~Free hip joint movement~
Another major feature is that you can pull your hips back and use your hip joints freely, which provides a different kind of stimulation than standard machines such as the leg press or hack squat. Unlike leg presses and hack squats, your buttocks do not hit the seat and your hip joints are not fixed, so you can stretch your glutes more in the bottom position.
