The Smith Multi Gym P-SMG26 is POWERTEC's first all-in-one rack.
This one machine can handle all your full-body training needs, including free weights, cables, Smith machines, chin-ups, dips, and landmines.
The cable can be fitted with weight stacks (approximately 90g x 2) or plates to add weight, allowing for ultra-heavy cable training. It's suitable for all types of training, from beginners to advanced users.
In addition, it comes standard with 16 different attachments, allowing for a wide range of training variations, from dynamic movement training to precise movement training targeting specific muscles.
■Robust half rack system
The main focus is barbell free weight training.
The height of the bar hook and safety bar can be adjusted in 30 steps.

■ Smith machine with counterweight
Because the Smith machine is equipped with a counterweight, the effective load from the bar alone is almost nonexistent, making it easy for beginners, women, and the elderly to use without fear.
The Smith machine part has a weight capacity of approximately 272 kg (600 lbs), making it suitable for ultra-heavy weight training.
■A wide variety of cable systems
- The height of the cable columns on the left and right supports can be adjusted in 30 steps.
- Includes hold-down knee pads for lat pulldowns
- Foot bar for low pulley row is standard equipment
■Additional weighting with plates allows for heavy cable training
The cable system allows you to add weight using plates in addition to weight stacks (approximately 90g x 2), making cable training with heavy weights possible.
The total cable weight capacity is approximately 181 kg (400 lbs), making it suitable for advanced cable training.

■ Expand your training options with Landmine
It comes standard with a landmine function that allows you to insert a barbell, and also comes with a handle.
The Landmine can be used for standard exercises such as T-bar rowing (back), as well as rotational training exercises that are difficult to do elsewhere, such as core twists (abdominal muscles).
With some ingenuity, you can expand your training options all at once.
