Torque's new 100 lb (45.4 kg) heavy bag is built to pack a punch, with a solid foam core, a heavy-duty vinyl cover, ballistic nylon straps that are durable yet quieter than chain, and three target zones to focus your strikes.
This foam punching bag is made with the athlete in mind, preventing the foam from bunching up in places and providing punchers with a smooth, consistent striking surface.

Foam: 6 lb. Rebond foam construction with steel shot core to ensure a weight tolerance of ±0.5 lb. Foam mold is 15" diameter in the center and 14.5" diameter on both ends.
The Styrofoam is placed in a poly bag and vacuumed during assembly to ensure a tight fit to the vinyl. The high-density outer Styrofoam provides a uniform striking surface, creating a smooth, even bag that never bulges (fiber-filled bags tend to have uneven density throughout and bulge in places).
Heavy-duty nylon boxing bag fixing straps with reinforced stitching replace chains. In contrast to chains, nylon straps absorb sound and vibrations from the anchor frame.
