The Force USA C10 All-in-One Trainer is a highly versatile and cost-effective all-in-one trainer that can be used for full-body training, including free weights, Smith machine exercises, cable exercises, chin-ups, and landmines.
It features a very unique cable system that sets it apart from other all-in-one racks to date.
By combining it with the separately sold sliding bench, you can expand the variety of exercises you can perform, including leg presses, hack squats, leg extensions/curls, and preacher curls. It's a space-saving, blind spot-free training station.
■A wide variety of cable systems
It is equipped with a lat cable at the top of the rack, a low row cable at the bottom, and cable columns on both sides that can be freely adjusted in height, allowing for a wide range of cable training.
The machine is equipped with two 220 lbs (approximately 100 kg) weight stacks, making it suitable for heavy cable training.
●Rat cable
The Smith machine is tall enough to allow even tall trainees a wide range of motion and ample stretching. The bar is also designed to be fixed above the knees, preventing the body from floating up even with heavy weights.
●Low-row cable
The low row cable has a weight ratio of 1:1 and comes standard with a footplate for low pulley rows, making it suitable for ultra-heavy weight training.
■Side cable with 200° angle adjustment
The cable columns attached to the left and right support posts of the rack can be adjusted in height as well as width.
The 200° adjustment allows you to change the width from left to right, making it possible to achieve intense stretches during exercises such as cable cross.
■Standard equipped with a weight stack of approximately 100 kg per side
Two weight stacks, each weighing approximately 100 kg, are installed at the back of the rack.
Even if the effective load of the cable is 1:1 or 1:2, you can still perform hard cable training.
■Multi-grip chinning station with a 350kg weight capacity. Safe for suspension training.
The chin-up bar is multi-grip compatible.
It allows for a wide, close, parallel, under, and over grips, and its weight capacity of approximately 350 kg allows for weighted chin-ups to your heart's content.
This allows for a dramatic expansion of training variations even in limited space.
We highly recommend pairing it with the C10 All-in-One Trainer.
