Except for back-ordered items, we will generally ship your product within 1-3 business days.

This is a safe and easy payment method that allows you to pay later at a convenience store, post office, bank, or LINE Pay after confirming the delivery of your product. An invoice will be mailed separately from the product, so please make payment within 14 days of issuance.
If payment is not confirmed by the due date, a fee may be charged.

    Returns and Exchanges

    In the case of returns or exchanges due to product defects, etc.

    If you find any defects or imperfections in the product upon arrival, we will accept a return or exchange for a normal product.
    Please contact us by phone or via the inquiry form immediately after your arrival.

    Exchange procedure

    1. After contacting us, we will ship the non-defective product to you. We will include a return shipping label with the product.

    2 During this time, please prepare the returned product yourself, such as packing the defective product.

    3. When you receive the good product, please attach the return shipping label included with the product to the box you packed in step 2 and hand it over to the delivery person on the spot.

    *Depending on stock availability, we may not be able to accept an exchange and may instead provide a refund if the item sold is a limited edition or the last one left.

    In case of return or exchange due to customer convenience

    You can return or exchange the product within 8 days of receiving it.
    Returns will only be accepted for unopened and unused items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
    Please return the item in the same condition as when it arrived, without any stains or damage.
    Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of defective or incomplete products.
    If you return the item by cash on delivery, we will charge you for the shipping costs.
    However, we cannot accept returns of the products listed below for reasons of customer convenience, even if they are unopened.

    *For large training equipment in particular, please be sure to check the delivery route and installation location before ordering to make sure that delivery and installation are possible.

    Replacement Procedure

    • After receiving your contact, please return the item to the Mail Order Returns and Exchanges Department. You can use any shipping method that is convenient for you, but please send it in a way that leaves a record of delivery.
      *Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning the product.
    • We will inspect the returned product and if there are no problems with the condition, we will accept the return or exchange.
    • If you wish to exchange the item, we will ship a replacement, and if you wish to return the item, we will process a refund.
      *In the case of an exchange, if there is a price difference, we will charge you cash on delivery.
      *If a refund is required, we will ask you how you would like to receive the refund when we receive your order.
