The Triple Plyo is the perfect tool for plyometric training. This innovative plyo box allows you to perform exercises at various heights without having to use multiple plyo boxes.
High-density foam provides a secure, padded jumping surface, and a unique grabber material keeps your feet in place with every jump, allowing you to do more reps without fear of falling. The 55-pound box stays in place, a rare feat for an adjustable plyo box. Constructed of heavy-duty commercial-grade vinyl with a high-density foam core, it's designed to last.
