A compact and cost-effective all-in-one rack.

The Force USA G4 All-in-One Trainer is a compact model that combines five functions: a half rack, Smith machine, functional cable, chin-up bar, and landmine.

It allows for a full-body workout with one unit and offers excellent cost performance despite its multifunctionality. It is recommended as an entry-level all-in-one rack.

 

■Perform various free-weight exercises with the half rack

The half rack is the core of the all-in-one rack. Despite being for home use, its stable J-hooks and safety bars cover most free-weight exercises.

The J-hooks and safety bars can be adjusted to very fine heights, allowing people of all body types to find the best position for any exercise.

 

■Safer and more effective training with the Smith machine

The Smith machine allows for safe and guided training. It is safe and easy to use even for beginners, making it recommended not only for home gyms but also for personal gyms.

The weight capacity of the Smith machine is approximately 350kg, accommodating trainees of all levels.

 

■Functional cable training

The cable columns installed on both uprights can be finely adjusted in height and width, supporting various cable exercises, including cable crossovers.

It is equipped with two 170lbs (approx. 77kg) weight stacks. The movement is very smooth, allowing for stress-free cable training.

■Multi-grip chin-up bar

The chin-up bar supports multiple grips.

You can use wide, close, parallel, under, and over grips. Furthermore, with a weight capacity of approximately 350kg, you can perform weighted chin-ups to your heart's content.

 

■Expand your training variations with the landmine attachment

The landmine function, which uses a barbell inserted into it, is standard equipment and comes with a handle.

In addition to classic landmine exercises like T-bar rows (back), you can also perform rotational exercises that are difficult to do otherwise, such as core twists (abs).

With a little ingenuity, you can significantly expand your range of training exercises.
