The Rotational Disk Board™ has mounting slots (grooves) in both horizontal and vertical directions, allowing for a variety of foot placement options.
By attaching the disks individually, it's possible to create an intentionally asymmetrical stance. This allows you to precisely target hip and shoulder joint rotation through all movements, including flexion/extension, adduction/abduction, or combinations thereof.
It is not only ideal for rehabilitation and clients with limited joint range of motion, but also an excellent tool for strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles of the shoulders and hips.
*This page is for the sale of the Rotational Disk Board. The reformer unit and other accessories are not included.

Unquestionable Quality Backed by "STOTT," the Pinnacle of Pilates
STOTT PILATES is often referred to as the Ivy League of Pilates.
Merrithew®, a Canadian company, serves as both the hub for STOTT PILATES instructor training and educational programs, and a development center for products such as reformers. They continuously refine their products in close collaboration with "the field."
What is Merrithew®?
In 1988, Lindsay and Moira Merrithew opened their first Pilates studio in Toronto, Canada. Sensing a growing demand for Pilates and a shortage of suppliers, Lindsay, President and CEO, focused on building and diversifying the business. Moira, the Executive Director of Education, who was certified as an instructor at a Pilates studio in New York, began training clients.
They realized that the benefits of Pilates could help people of all ages and abilities. Therefore, they set out to explain the method in an easy-to-understand way, raise awareness, and make it more accessible to more people.
With a team of business, health, and fitness professionals, they built their current business model by paying meticulous attention to every detail, from equipment to programming, at every level. Much of Merrithew's equipment is manufactured and assembled at their own factory in Toronto, Canada. Meanwhile, the training center at Merrithew's headquarters is the home of instructor training and educational programs. Merrithew's network of licensed training centers and distributors spans the globe, and its community of certified instructors and clients continues to grow.
