They account for approximately 35% of the amino acids that make up muscle, and are important amino acids that directly contribute to athletes' training and muscular development before and during training.
This product contains BCAAs in an excellent balance of valine, leucine, and isoleucine (1:2:1), plus arginine and citrulline, helping to raise the performance level of athletes.

How to eat
