■What is a thread?
A sled is a training device that allows you to train your entire body by applying weight to a sled-shaped device and performing pushing and pulling movements.
In addition to directly pushing and pulling the sled, you can also attach a rope (sold separately) and perform a variety of other training exercises depending on how you use it.
