A narrow type bench press stand designed for installation in small spaces or for use with short barbell bars.
Even if your room is limited in width, you can still perform bench presses by using a short barbell. Narrow bench press tables are also compatible with short barbells.
It is made with plenty of strong 3.2mm thick steel, and most of the structure is finished with welding, which is stronger than bolt joints, to increase strength. The seat pad size is 110cm x 27cm, which reduces the overall length and also makes it easier to install.
Also, because we wanted it to be usable by people of all body types, the height of the barbell resting part from the floor can be adjusted from 76cm to 100cm. This is an excellent product that can be used in a wide range of environments, from home gyms to small facilities, gyms, and schools.
