The SF3 Smith Functional Trainer combines INSPIRE's patented counterbalanced Smith bar technology with the fitness industry's leading functional trainer in a walk-in design to create a modern, multi-functional training environment unlike any other.

The Smith Bar is connected to the weight stack by a cable, eliminating the need for matching weight plates and allowing you to easily change the weight by simply replacing a pin.
INSPIRE's unique special mechanism connects it to the cable column, allowing you to easily adjust the starting position of the bar.
In addition, the cable column itself also serves as a safety feature, making it extremely safe.
The load from the cable does not drop, allowing high-level training for everyone from beginners to advanced users.

Each of the left and right support columns has a pulley that can be adjusted to different heights, allowing you to train your entire body with flexible cable training.
