The M3 Multi-Gym is packed with features that allow you to recreate the atmosphere of a commercial gym in your home, allowing you to effectively train your entire body with just one machine.
It features independent press arms, four pulleys, seated leg extension/curl, ab crunch, free movement handles, and a 165 lb (approx. 75 kg) weight stack.
This compactly designed multi-machine allows beginners and advanced users alike to safely and efficiently train their entire body.
■Independent left and right arms
The arms are independent, allowing for isolateral movements, alternating left and right, allowing for more focused training of the target muscle groups.
By adjusting the position of the arms, you can instantly switch between press exercises (chest muscles) and pull exercises (back muscles).
■Leg extension/curl
The M3 allows you to perform leg extensions and curls, which are difficult to do in a home gym. Just adjust the pad to instantly switch between leg extensions and leg curls.
Because the load is applied by the cable, there is no risk of the load dropping, allowing you to train your legs efficiently.
Ab Crunch
The patented Crunch Station features an adjustable seat pad and up to 165 lbs of resistance for comfortable and safe weighted ab crunches.
