By adjusting the position of the press arm, you can instantly switch between press exercises (chest muscles) and pull exercises (back muscles).
There are two types of grips available: wide grip and parallel grip, which allows for a wide range of training variations for both pressing and pulling exercises.
■Leg extension/curl
The M2 allows you to perform leg extensions and curls, which are difficult to do in a home gym. Just adjust the pad to instantly switch between leg extensions and leg curls.
Because the load is applied by the cable, there is no risk of the load dropping, allowing you to train your legs efficiently.
