It's 10mm thick and made with ultra-cushioned, lightweight, closed-cell foam construction to protect your spine from hard surfaces while keeping you comfortable during exercise. The Pilates Express Mat is ribbed on one side and smooth on the other for a variety of exercises and traction. Like all Express Mats, the Velcro straps allow you to simply roll up the mat and get ready to go. A downloadable bonus exercise guide is included.

Cleaning and care

• Never use corrosive cleaners on the mat
• If necessary, clean it using one of the following methods:

Method 1

Spray the mat with water from a spray bottle, then wipe it with a clean cloth. Leave the mat unfolded and let it air dry.

Method 2

Wipe the mat with a cloth dampened in soapy water or laundry detergent. Rinse with water and dry with a towel or cloth.

Storage and Handling

• Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight
• Do not place any objects on the mat as this may leave permanent indentations.
• Do not apply adhesive tape to the surface
• Store out of direct sunlight
• Make sure the mat is dry before rolling it up and storing it.
