The Force USA C10 All-in-One Trainer is an incredibly versatile and cost-effective all-in-one trainer that allows you to perform full-body training with free weights, a Smith machine, cables, chin-ups, and landmine exercises, all in one unit.
It features a unique cable system that sets it apart from traditional all-in-one racks.
Furthermore, by combining it with the separately sold sliding bench, you can expand your training variations to include leg press, hack squat, leg extension/curl, and preacher curl. It completes a training station that is comprehensive yet space-saving.
■Wide Variety of Cable Systems
It features a lat cable at the top of the rack, a low row cable at the bottom, and height-adjustable cable columns on both sides, allowing for a wide range of cable training exercises.
Equipped with two 220LBS (approx. 100kg) weight stacks, it can handle heavy cable training.
●Lat Cable
The height is sufficient for tall trainees to achieve a large range of motion and a full stretch. It is also designed to keep the body from lifting off the bench during heavy lifts by securing the Smith machine bar over the knees.
●Low Row Cable
The low row cable has a 1:1 weight ratio, and a footplate for rope pulley rows is standard equipment, allowing for ultra-heavy training.
■Side Cables Adjustable to 200°
The cable columns attached to the left and right uprights of the rack can be adjusted not only in height but also in width.
By adjusting the width of the left and right cables by 200°, you can perform exercises like cable crossovers for an intense stretch.
■Standard equipped with approximately 100kg weight stacks on each side
Two approximately 100kg weight stacks are installed on each side at the back of the rack.
Even with cable effective loads of 1:1 or 1:2, hard cable training is possible.
■350kg weight capacity multi-grip chin-up station Can safely perform suspension training
The chin-up bar supports multiple grips.
You can use wide, close, parallel, under, overhand grips, and more. Furthermore, with a weight capacity of approximately 350kg, you can perform weighted chin-ups to your heart's content.
This dramatically expands your training variations even in limited space.
