[IRONMAN Featured Article] "Just like a diamond calf!!" Roger Stewart

Roger is a famous athlete known for his calf muscles, with people saying things like "calf = Roger Stewart" and "Roger = calf." Although he is not a professional bodybuilder, he is a "professional" who can make a living solely from calf muscles.
The first thing that catches your eye is undoubtedly the thighs. His thighs are very substantial, but I think it's the size of his calves that really sets them off. Calves are a very tricky part of the body for bodybuilders. That's because they're said to be a part of the body that is heavily influenced by genetics. I think that with effort over the years, it's possible to change the shape of your thighs to a certain extent to suit your desires.
It depends on the training approach, frequency, and intensity, and can be changed to some extent to strengthen the outside or build up the inside. For this reason, bodybuilding is sometimes called "body shaping."
However, the prevailing theory is that "biceps = peak of the bicep" and "triceps = length of the triceps (especially the long head)" are influenced by "innate factors" and "cannot be changed." It has been said the same about the calf for a long time now.

Even for black people, who are said to be good at muscle development and athletic ability, the calves are said to be a "weak point." LeHaney, who won eight consecutive Olympia gold medals, also said that his calves were a weak point, but only compared to other parts of the body, and the same was true for Ronnie Coleman. This is not true for all black people, and there are always exceptions, as Shawn Ray had large calves.

Another common complaint about the calf muscles is that they are difficult to develop. Compared to the pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi, and quadriceps, the calf muscles have significantly less room for growth, so you might feel a degree of development compared to when you didn't train at all. However, veteran trainees who have been training for a certain number of years may be neglecting the calf muscles, thinking that they are a body part that cannot be developed any further.

Roger has calves in excellent shape, but perhaps the product that created his calves was the "Calf Master" that Roger sells. If someone with calves like that were to say, "If you train with this, you'll get results like this!", it would be quite convincing.
In fact, compared to a regular foot rest, the calf stretch is incredible. The non-slip sandpaper grips the shoes firmly and doesn't let go, making it the perfect calf training experience.
Although Roger never became a professional bodybuilder, he gained popularity by appearing in American Gladiator under the name "Viper" alongside Michael O'Hearn for two years from 1996. In addition, since 2001 he has started his own company and is doing business with people all over the world.
In life, if you have a goal or purpose and work hard, you can get closer to it, and if you work hard every day, you can make your calf bigger.
