What is Power Grip? Power Grip/Before it was born...

The Power Grip was invented by Michael Parker, a training gym owner in Maine, USA. While working with bodybuilders and athletes, he noticed unpleasant stress during training...

- Loss of time between sets: When performing pulling exercises, the straps need to be wrapped around each arm separately, which takes time.

- Muscle pain in areas other than those you are trying to train: Similarly, with pulling exercises, your forearms will pump up before your back does, or your grip strength will weaken.

- How to use gloves and straps: When using training gloves and straps together, you will need to change them.

This loss of time and muscle strength is not what bodybuilders and athletes want and can become stressful.

[How to use]

Q. I am a beginner at training. Is this necessary?

Yes, it is necessary. Beginners often have difficulty concentrating their strength on the areas they want to train (especially their back), and tend to just try to pull the bar blindly. Naturally, their forearms will tire before their back, and they won't get the results they want. Power grips can help in situations like this.

It is essential for daily training.

Masa Suzuki's sacred treasure

If I forget my power grips on back training day, I give up (lol). That's how essential they are. I always buy new ones once a season so that I can approach training with a fresh mindset. I think they're essential for people who lift heavy weights, but they're also important for controlling your back. When stretching during back training, you need to keep your wrists fixed but not grip them too tightly; you need to relax a little. However, don't rely on them too much. If you hang weights, especially when training your shoulders, you'll end up lifting them with a lot of force.

■Product Features

The Power Grip was developed to relieve stress during training and help you perform at your best.
The Power Grip is ergonomically designed to form a funnel-like shape that extends toward the wrist. This shape is designed to prevent the strain of weights such as dumbbells from being placed on the wrist, which can lead to poor circulation and wrist injury. There are many imitations on the market these days, but without this carefully designed shape, you will not be able to achieve maximum performance.
Unlike traditional basic straps, the Power Grip eliminates the time and hassle of wrapping the straps around the bar (wrapping them too tightly or too loosely), and it's easy to set both sides at the same time. Even after setting them up, the material properties of the main body and the padding at the tip allow for effective pulling exercises without using much grip strength, so you can focus on training the areas you want to train without worrying about stiffness or muscle pain in your forearms.
Power grips are an essential training accessory that reduces stress during training and improves the quality of your training.
