Along with barbells, dumbbells are a fundamental part of training. At training gyms and sports clubs, they're lined with dumbbells, from light to heavy, and are useful for all kinds of exercises. However, for home use, it's difficult to stock up on that many, and even buying just one or two pairs isn't very practical.
