Coconut oil is made from the white flesh of mature coconuts. To preserve important nutrients such as medium-chain fatty acids and lauric acid, the coconut is dried at low temperatures and then the oil is extracted using a cold-press method.
*It may solidify into a white solid below 25°C, and the ingredients may precipitate because it is unrefined, but this does not affect the quality.
