HYROX is a new sporting event that is currently attracting attention around the world as a combined running and fitness competition. What is HYROX?
HYROX is a race consisting of eight sections, alternating between a 1km run and eight fitness exercises. Anyone can participate, from beginners to advanced trainers, with categories tailored to their level. Originating in Germany, this sport has now been held in over 80 countries around the world, spreading as part of a global fitness culture.

HYROX YOKOHAMA 2025 will be held for the first time in Japan!
On Saturday, August 9, 2025, HYROX finally made its Japan debut with "HYROX YOKOHAMA" held at Pacifico Yokohama in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The event drew approximately 3,800 participants and 2,244 spectators, and ended on a high note. Following the success of this event, HYROX is scheduled to be held in Osaka in 2026, and future developments are expected.
