[Pelvic Craftsman Developer] Shigeharu Kuramoto x Hayato Aizawa "Pelvic distortion is the root cause of illness" Vol. 1

Aizawa
I use the Pelvic Craftsman before training and to loosen up my muscles. I'm looking forward to hearing about the development story and the correct way to use it today. Thank you.

Kuramoto
You've been active in the world of bodybuilding at such a young age, so you have a great physique. The impetus for developing this product dates back decades, when I was struck by severe pain, similar to a slipped disc. In searching for the cause of the pain, I discovered that it was a misalignment around the pelvis, and in most cases, my slipped discs improved when I corrected the misalignment during treatment. So I thought, what if there was something that would allow patients to loosen up their lower backs at home?

Aizawa
The Pelvic Craftsman was born from Dr. Kuramoto's own experiences and experience treating patients. The shape of the device is also very helpful as it loosens muscles with pinpoint precision.

Kuramoto
At the end of the treatment, I massage the patients' buttocks, and they are all very happy. At first, I used balls or the handle of a hairbrush, and encouraged my patients to do it at home, but older people have a hard time doing it properly on their own. After much trial and error, I arrived at the current simple design. When I completed it, I was happy, thinking, "Now, at last, many people can be relieved from pain." By the way, Mr. Aizawa, how old were you when you started training?

Aizawa
It was when I was in junior high school, so I was about 12 or 13 years old.

Kuramoto
So early. How is your daily health?

Aizawa
Although he hasn't suffered any serious injuries, he has injured his hip joint and medial collateral ligament in his knee while doing judo, and it seems that this is affecting him.

Kuramoto
Why do you think Aizawa got injured?

Aizawa
Is it because I'm bad at training?

Kuramoto
That's not true. Because sometimes you do the same thing and sometimes you don't get injured. Also, even when doing the same squat, some people get injured and others are completely fine. So, what is the cause? If we understand this, the way we improve the medial collateral ligament will change. Actually, ever since Aizawa-san came into the room, I've been concerned about the fact that his left shoulder is drooping.

Aizawa
Oh really? I didn't notice it at all.

Kuramoto
It's unusual, as most people have their right shoulder sagging. Having a sagging left shoulder means that this distortion has been formed over a long period of time, and the body is already in a state of balance that makes it prone to injury. This is why injuries and discomfort can occur even without intense training. Let's take a look at your back.

Aizawa
thank you.

Kuramoto
(Checking the difference between the left and right sides of the body) It is obvious that the center of the back is distorted. Therefore, the muscles on the left and right sides of the back are attached differently. If this is not corrected, the medial collateral ligament will continue to hurt, and it may become difficult to walk as you get older.

Aizawa
Yes, yes...

Kuramoto
That was a bit of a shock (laughs). But, in reality, there are many cases like this. The cause is unknown, but 95% of all humans have a longer left leg. Aizawa-san is also one of those people whose left leg is longer.

Aizawa
I often have the opportunity to check my body in the mirror, but this was the first time I realized there was a difference between the left and right sides.
