Kuramoto
Many people go about their lives without even realizing it. If your left leg is longer, the left side of your pelvis will be pushed up and misaligned. This will cause tension on one side of your body, further misaligning your body. If you continue to train or play sports while being aware of your pelvic misalignment, it will become a breeding ground for illness and injury. For example, Aizawa-san, have you ever felt unwell in the morning, but suddenly felt refreshed or had better concentration a few hours later?
Aizawa
Yes. On the other hand, sometimes I feel like I'm doing well, but then I suddenly feel unmotivated. But I never really thought about the reason.
Kuramoto
The cause of this lies in the pelvis, because it is the pelvis itself that controls the autonomic nervous system. When the balance is right, your mind is sharp, but when the misalignment exceeds acceptable limits, you lose motivation and concentration, and the quality of your training declines.
Aizawa
How can I undo the distortion?
Kuramoto
In Aizawa's case, the center of her body is misaligned to the right, so if she focuses on pushing her pelvis to the left, she can balance the elasticity of the muscles on both sides surrounding her pelvis. Aizawa (while being taught a simple stretch to correct pelvic misalignment): It's a surprisingly simple method.
Kuramoto
It's easy to understand, right? If you continue to do this several times a day, whenever you feel like your body is heavy or strange, you will see a clear difference in the results even if you do the same training.
Aizawa
I've been doing judo since I was in elementary school, and when practicing my specialty, the seoi nage, I always tightened my right arm and opened my left. I thought that this might be the cause of my left-right difference, but learning today that it was caused by a misalignment of the pelvis, I feel like I've found a new guidepost for myself.
Kuramoto
When using the Pelvic Craftsman, be sure to do this stretch to grasp the center of your body first. Contrary to common misconceptions, the Pelvic Craftsman is not a pelvic correction device. It is an instrument that loosens the muscles around the pelvis and promotes nerve and blood flow, so it is most effective when used after correcting distortions. Since you've come all the way here, I hope you'll use the Pelvic Craftsman to give your body a beautiful shape before you leave.

Thank you very much (for the treatment). I was aware that my back, including my buttocks and hamstrings, tend to get stiff, but until now I had only been using the Pelvic Master to loosen them up vaguely. When I put my weight firmly on them like I did today, the way the muscles loosen up changes dramatically. I would like to continue this as a new approach to my body.
Kuramoto
This time, I stimulated the area where the tailbone and hip joints meet, which is known as the dimple of the buttocks, the sacrum, which is a particularly important part of the body, and finally the back of the neck, as the area around the neck was stiff. What I realized from the treatment was that while I was pushing myself really hard with my training, I wasn't giving my muscles enough rest. If I don't reward myself for working hard, my body will start to dislike training the next day.
Aizawa
It's true that I haven't really done much body conditioning with massages or chiropractic treatments. What was really interesting this time was the changes in my body after Dr. Kuramoto gave me a pelvic artisan treatment and pressed my acupressure points with his fingers. To be honest, it was quite painful when he pressed my acupressure points (wry smile). But I felt like the stagnant blood flow had started to circulate, and when I looked in the mirror, I was surprised to see that my body had become firmer.
Aizawa: Yes. I would like to use what I learned today to face my body and consciousness every day and continue to grow.
